Judd O’Connor is Chief Commercial and Operations Officer at Vylor.

Judd is an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering results. He worked for Vylor’s heritage company Corteva and its predecessor companies for 25 years and has considerable expertise across the business: seed and crop protection, marketing, integrated seed operations, commercial effectiveness and global seed treatments. Judd served as Executive Vice President of Corteva’s Seed Business Unit from 2024–2026.

Judd previously served as the president of Corteva’s North America business, the company's largest market. Earlier in his career, he was based in São Paulo, Brazil, where he served as DuPont's Regional President, Latin America. Upon returning from Brazil, Judd led Integrated Operations and Commercial Effectiveness for Pioneer – today Vylor’s global flagship seed brand – and helped lead efforts to enable the merger of the Dow and DuPont agriculture businesses, which ultimately led to the formation of Corteva.

Judd began his career in the crop protection sector with American Cyanamid where he held a number of sales, marketing and leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. He serves on the Iowa Business Council, representing Iowa’s largest employers. He has previously served on the board of directors for CropLife America as vice chair, America’s Cultivation Corridor as chair, and the Greater Des Moines Partnership.
