USDA has completed its review on April 18, 2016, and determined that this corn is not subject to USDA's biotechnology regulations. An FDA voluntarily premarket meeting was held on September 8, 2025.

USDA has completed its review on Sept 30, 2024, and determined that this corn is not subject to USDA’s biotechnology regulations. An FDA voluntary premarket meeting was held on Feb 2, 2026. The product is exempt under EPA 40 CFR § 174.26.
